City Church Network is a missions agency located in Nashville, TN which began in 2011. Refer to the Our Story page for an overview of our history.

The vision of CCN is to see the sheepfold of Christ filled with disciples of Jesus, to see the Body of Christ matured, to see the Bride of Christ beautified, and to hasten the coming of the day of God.

The mission of CCN is to prepare the people of God in this present age for worship, for fellowship, and for ministry (Greek: diakonias, or “service to others according to the will of the Master”) by focusing on stewardship of spiritual and material gifts; promoting unity in the body of Christ; preparing God’s people for suffering and persecution; and highlighting the power, glory, and goodness of God as our driving motivation.

The methods we primarily use to strive to accomplish our vision and mission:

  • Connecting with like-minded leaders and ministries for mutually beneficial friendships and partnerships

  • Focused training in preparation for ministry leadership

  • Personal encouragement, discipleship, mentoring, counseling, conflict resolution, ministry trips, and fellowship

  • Administration of financial management for ministers and ministries (fundraising platform, ministry accounting, payroll)

Motivating excerpts from the Bible:

[16] And I have other sheep that are not of this fold. I must bring them also, and they will listen to my voice. So there will be one flock, one shepherd. (John 10:16)

[18] And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. [19] Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, [20] teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” (Matthew 28:18–20)

[11] And he gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds and teachers, [12] to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ, [13] until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ, [14] so that we may no longer be children, tossed to and fro by the waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by human cunning, by craftiness in deceitful schemes. [15] Rather, speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ, [16] from whom the whole body, joined and held together by every joint with which it is equipped, when each part is working properly, makes the body grow so that it builds itself up in love. (Ephesians 4:11–16)

[1] Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and the sea was no more. [2] And I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. [3] And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man. He will dwell with them, and they will be his people, and God himself will be with them as their God. [4] He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away. (Revelation 21:1–4)

[11] …What sort of people ought you to be in lives of holiness and godliness, [12] waiting for and hastening the coming of the day of God…. [13] But according to his promise we are waiting for new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness dwells. (2 Peter 3:11–13)

[14] And this gospel of the kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come. (Matthew 24:14)
